30-Minute Remote Support – Let’s get you back on track! I’ll jump on a call with you and remotely access your desktop to troubleshoot the issue. This session is a flat $50 for the first 30 minutes. If we need more time, additional support is billed at my standard rate of $80/hour.

On-Site Troubleshooting Request

45-Minute On-Site Support – I’ll come directly to your location to troubleshoot and resolve your tech issues in person. The initial 45-minute visit is $80. If the job requires a bit more time, additional support is billed at the regular rate of $80/hour.
